Please before taking any step first take a feasibility study on what is the need for iit and estimate the cost of incuring a place to practice your Business. Consider the cost effect and be ready to run for the next three months without profit before expecting a profit. it keeps you safe from pressure of how to co-op after the first month you might not make much sales at first but surely you will if you have found the need for it in that locality.
