There are no requirements in Mary Kay as you add team members you get what we call ';love'; checks from the company 3 team members is a star recruiter which is the red jacket and you get 4% commission checks from the company from 1 - 4 team members then comes Team Leader 5 team members where you can earn 9-13% commission checks from the company based on your teams production. Ask you consultant for the brochure which outlines the information for you.
