I'm sure they protect the product with wrapping and packaging it well, if for some reason it does get damaged, just call them or send the product back for refund or replacement.
I order online all the time .. Ive never had any products damaged etc , They pack them really well :) I would imagine if something was to get damaged by accident MAC would replace it just call their customer service !
Yes it should be sent to your home without being damaged they should automatically put it in a safe package with bubble wrap or something
They package it so it won't get damaged on it's way..although sometimes the merchandise can come damaged.
As they dont want complaints, they have packaging appropriate to their products. So there's no worry in ordering from there. Go for it! i do all the time!
